| We are very sad to announce that our President
Wilfried Verhaert passed away on the 12th of September 2010, after a
long illlness. We are indebted to him for the enormous amount of
work he put into 'his' Afrant project over the years and he will be
sorely missed by many. His colleagues on the Afrant team will carry
on with his good work and will redouble their efforts to help reach
the noble goals which Wilfried had set out to achieve. It is an
on-going task and the need is great, very great. The sincere
gratitude of our brothers ans sisters in Africa is a token of
appreciation and acknowledgement of the tangible benefits which the
activities of Afrant have brought about. Please help us to carry on
this valuable work ... please contribute generously. |
